Refund Policy


Scope of Application
This refund policy applies to all female bags and footwear products purchased in our store, aiming to protect your legitimate rights and interests while ensuring the fairness of transactions.
Refund Conditions
  1. Product quality issues: If the received product has obvious quality defects (such as bag opening, leather damage, shoe sole ,upper cracking, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and provide clear photos of the product problems and order information. After confirmation, a refund can be processed.
  1. Wrong delivery or missing items: If the received product does not match the order information (such as wrong style, color, size) or there is a missing delivery, please contact customer service within 3 days after receiving the goods and provide relevant certificates. We will verify and arrange a refund.
  1. Situations where refund is not available:
  • Refunds will not be given for return and exchange requests due to personal reasons (such as disliking the style, inappropriate size but not proposed within the specified returnable period, etc.) and the product has no quality problems.
  • Products that have been used (except for quality problems) and affect secondary sales will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will not be given if the specified feedback period is exceeded (7 days for quality problems, 3 days for wrong delivery or missing items).
Refund Process
  1. Contact customer service: Through the store's customer service hotline or online customer service channel, explain the reason for the refund and provide relevant certificates (order number, photos of product problems, etc.).
  1. Review and confirmation: The customer service will review your application and certificates within 2 working days. After approval, we will inform you of the follow-up operations.
  1. Product return (if needed): For situations where the product needs to be returned, we will provide a return address. You need to send the product back within 5 days after receiving the notice (please ensure the product packaging is intact and does not affect secondary sales), and inform the customer service of the express tracking number.
  1. Process refund: After receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct, we will process the refund through your original payment method within 3 working days. The refund arrival time is subject to the processing time of the payment platform and the bank.
